A glass deep-processing specialist on the East China Sea coast
Taizhou Huangyan Xingfa Tempered Glass Products Co., Ltd. was founded in 2008 in Huangyan District, Taizhou, Zhejiang Province. We specialise in deep-processing of architectural glass — tempered, insulated, laminated and decorative glass.
With production staff at the core and administrative support alongside, we have built stable processing know-how and batch delivery experience for curtain wall, window, decoration, furniture and sanitary companies and independent designers.
While keeping our strength in architectural glass, we are steadily expanding into decorative and high-performance energy-saving glass, and have started export supply for building-material buyers in Europe, America, the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
The company employs 30+ people — 23 on the production floor and 7 in management and office roles. Monthly processing capacity is around 30,000 m² and annual revenue exceeds CNY 10 million. Core customers are door & window factories, curtain wall companies, contractors, furniture and sanitary-ware manufacturers around Taizhou, plus independent designers.
Cutting, edging and drilling, flat tempering, insulating units (sieve, butyl and secondary sealant), wet lamination with autoclave, a third-generation lithography machine and screen printing.
Design samples, small-batch custom runs and project-scale supply.
Shockproof wooden crates, finished-goods storage and full-container loading.
Every tempered pane carries the required 3C mark and is traceable. Performance follows actual samples and project test results — no overstatement. Factory inspection welcome.
We supply buyers and designers in Europe, America, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. All product series are export-ready with validated packing; we provide shockproof crating and full-container loading. Lead time and MOQ depend on specification and destination port.

Glass is heated to softening point and quenched evenly to build surface compressive stress.
Automatic cutting of raw sheets to size for downstream edging and tempering.
High-temperature, high-pressure processing for reliable PVB/SGP lamination.
Two grinding heads process both edges simultaneously for efficient batch work.
All four edges ground in a single set-up for flat edges and mixed-size production.
Assembles and presses insulating units with spacer and sealant to form the cavity.
